Shipping Information

We offer reliable shipping to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Please review the following shipping guidelines:

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary during peak periods or sales events.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: USPS or similar provider set pricing.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.

 

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by location, but typically arrive within 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited options may arrive faster depending on your selection.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address to send the return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days once we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

 

Exchanges
